1-1 مقدمه
با توجه به افزایش سرمایهگذاری سازمانها در زمینه استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در دهههای اخیر، یکی از نگرانیهایی که وجود دارد این است که آیا هزینههای گزافی که در این راه صرف شده است، توانسته است مزایای مورد نظر مدیران سازمانها را به وجود آورد. حداقل بخشی از این دغدغه و نگرانی به موضوع پدیرش فناوری توسط کاربران مربوط میشود. متخصصان مدیریت منابع انسانی علاقهمند هستند تا عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش فناوری توسط کاربران را درک کنند و بر اساس آن الگویی را برای کاهش مقاومت کارکنان طراحی و اجرا نمایند (دایلون[1]، 2001). طبعاً شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر پذرش فناوریهای جدید میتواند به مدیریت تغییر در سازمان و افزایش مقبولیت فناوری اطلاعات از سوی کاربران کمک نماید.
دهها سال است که پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات توسط کاربران، مورد توجه پژوهشگران و شاغلین دستاندرکار بوده است و به نظر میرسد که نحوه تصمیمگیری کاربران جهت پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات، یکی از مهمترین چالشها در پیادهسازی طرحها و موضوعات مدیریتی آنها باشد (کینگ و هی[2]، 2006). لازم به ذکر است عواملی که بر پذیرش فناوریهای مختلف تأثیر میگذارند بر حسب فناوری مورد نظر، کاربران مورد مطالعه و شرایط موجود متفاوت هستند. در بررسی ادبیات موضوع مشاهده میشود که نظریههای متعددی درباره پذیرش فناوریها ارائه شده است که که یکی از معروفترین آنها نظریه راجرز[3] درباره انتشار فناوری است. البته این نظریه بحث پذیرش فناوری را در سطح جوامع بررسی میکند و درباره فرآیندهای فردی پذیرش، کمتر اظهارنظر میکند. مدلی که بتواند پذیرش فردی فناوری را بررسی کند، TAM نام دارد. TAM مخصوصاً برای مدلسازی پذیرش سیستمهای اطلاعات توسط کاربران طراحی شده است و به طور گسترده در تحقیقات کاربردی سیستمهای اطلاعات مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است (لگریس و اینگهام[4]، 2003). مطالعات متعدد و بسیار زیادی که با استفاده مدل TAM انجام شده است، اعتبار این الگو را افزایش داده است (مون و کیم[5]، 2001). با توجه به اعتبار بالا و کاربرد زیادی که الگوی TAM در سازمانها پیدا کرده است، در این پژوهش نیز در بررسی عوامل انسانی و سازمانی مؤثر در پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات توسط کارکنان ادارهی کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان شرقی از الگوی توسعه یافته TAM استفاده شده است. این فصل ضمن بیان مطالعات مرتبط با موضوع و پیشینهی پژوهش، با تشریح مدل پذیرش فناوری خاتمه مییابد.
